Heilongjiang artists will also head to Calgary to create ice carvings. The ice carvings will be on display at the Calgary Chinese Cultural Centre, located at 197 First Street SW, from January 20 to 28, 2012, in celebration of Chinese New Years and the 30th anniversary of the twinning of Alberta and Heilongjiang.
