what is so entertaining at ice on whtye?

The sights and sounds of the Ice on Whyte Festival are as unique as the art form itself.  On any given day you can hear the carver's symphony of chainsaw and chisels, accompanied by the giggles of children exploring the park.  "Again, Again" echos through the park as children of all ages clamour up the giant ice slide, just one more time. 

The Van Houtte Cafe is filled with warmth and laughter as festival visitors sip hot beverage in support of a local charity. Every evening the cafe is alive with the sounds of local musical entertainment.
